FAQS

Was I Charged Twice?

Your credit card will only be charged once after your order ships. 
If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is a pending transaction. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This pending authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card. 

Please only click the “Place Order” or "Add Order"  button once to avoid multiple authorizations.

If your credit card was denied for any reason, we have no order on hand and any pending charge you are seeing will drop within 4-5 business days.

 

I Get An Error Message When I Enter My Shipping And Billing Addresses. What’s Going On?

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).

 

My Order Won’t Go Through. What Should I Do?

If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. We recommend Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome.

I Need To Change Something On My Order. How Can I Do That?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours on business days, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.   

 

I Just Placed My Order.  Can I Add Another Item To It?

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Contact us and we will cancel your existing order so you can make a new one with all the items you desire.  

 

I’m Unsure About A Size Or I Have A Fit Question.  How Do I Find This Information?

Can I Return Or Exchange Items That Were Purchased On Sale?

All items purchased on sale or marked down cannot be returned or exchanged. For our full Return & Exchange Policy, See Below. Only Two Consecutive Return/Exchange Credits Are Allowed.

 

The item I received is damaged. Now what?

We apologize for the inconvenience. This is an extremely rare occasion and we are happy to accommodate you for damaged items. Please contact customercare@pearlperri.com within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will let you know how to proceed.

 

How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. 

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

 

When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

 

Where Is My Order Confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add us to your safe sender list or contact us to receive a copy of the email at customercare@pearlperri.com

You can also check your order status by signing in to your account on our website.

 

Why Was My Order Cancelled?

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. You will not be charged for the cancelled item; however, you might see a pending charge for 3-5 business days.

 

Will I Have To Pay International Taxes & Duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. 

Pearl Perri Jewelry & Accessories as well as PearlPerri.com cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. 

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. 

If you refuse a shipment from Pearl Perri Jewelry & Accessories as well as PearlPerri.com you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Pearl Perri Jewelry & Accessories or PearlPerri.com

This amount will be deducted from your merchandise credit. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

 

How Can I Apply For A Job?

We are constantly growing and looking for new talent to join the Pearl Perri Team. If you are looking to work at one of our store locations please go to the store and fill out an application. RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Should you notice a shipping error you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment at either at customercare@PearlPerri.com. Email date & Times will be noted as Return Time For Policy Minimum Return Time. If Pearl Perri Jewelry & Accessories or PearlPerri.com is not notified within 48 hours of any damages, alterations, or errors with your shipping Order within 48 Hours, no cash or credit return will be issued.

Only Two Consecutive Return/Exchange Credits Are Allowed.

 

Return Prcedure:

Please note our policy, which is also found on our website. STORE CREDIT & MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE ONLY are allowed up to 31 days from the day Pearl Perri Jewelry & Accessories or PearlPerri.com Merchandise is recievedItems received after 21 (3 Weeks) days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items received after 31 days will not be accepted.

Exchanges will be processed within 14 business days.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH OR CREDIT CARD RETURNS ONLY MERCHANDISE STORE CREDIT AND EXCHANGE.  If you choose a different ITEM or SIZE, please ship it back to us and we will issue you a Pearl Perri Jewelry & Accessories Return. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. Pearl Perri Jewelry & Accessories as well as PearlPerri.com does not supply return labels. Returns must be in original condition and original invoice. Do not use shoeboxes as packaging for a return; this can result in a 20% restocking fee. Pearl Perri Jewelry & Accessories as well as PearlPerri.com will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear. Only Two Consecutive Return/Exchange Credits Are Allowed.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGE CREDITS ON BODY JEWELRY .

If you purchased items online and you would like to exchange it, you can do so as a STORE CREDIT online ( good for up to 1 year) within 31 days from the day it was recieved.

Please note if an item is marked cancelled on your receipt, it is because the item is sold out. You will not be charged for any canceled items.

Please be sure to include your order ID and name on the outside of your return package. The order ID can be found on the top of the invoice. Pack your merchandise with care and we strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit; PearlPerri.com cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit or damaged due to improper packaging.

FOR RETURNS: CIRCLE THE ITEM(S) BEING EXCHANGES/RETURNED ON THE INVOICE, INCLUDE REASON; IE: FIT, NOT AS APPEARED ON WEB, COLOR, ETC. AND INCLUDE THIS INVOICE IN THE SHIPMENT.
